Kurtoe Dungkhar Area Dialect
Kurtoepikha is spoken in Kurtoe or upper parts of the Kurichu valley. Because of the proximity of the place to Bumthang, the language is also very similar to Bumthangkha. In depth linguistic study of this language is being curently carried out. The Dungkar dialect is spoken in the area of Dungkar in the northern parts of the Kurichu valley.
